Is there such things as a piercing as I am about to describe.?

The piercing is probably going to be a surface piercing. It isn't the one in between the . It would be two separate ones that go diagonal on the actual . I don't know how else to explain it. But my roomie wants to get those done but doesn't know the names of them. Can any of you help decipher what I'm trying to find? :/
