Gmod mod installation HELP?! PLEASE?

I dont belive ive ever installed a file with only lua items. But normally if something like that happens they want you to send it to the specific folder named after it. Example since you have 2 lua's you want to send it to your garrysmod/garrysmod/lua folder. And by the way if you want to spawn more zombies at a time you need to change the NPC limit when you create a game. If your in a diffrent person's game then there gonna have to change it.
