How can I hook readers to my novel?

Honestly, it's surprisingly good! I really enjoyed reading that one chapter. It's kind of short chapter, but thats ok. I like short chapters, it makes me feel like i read faster. I would totally read this book and buy it at a bookstore. It seems interesting and has great describing details. I really felt like i was in the book haha! I also like how it has some humor in it. Continue that humor thoughout the whole book, it will keep readers interested. You are a very good writer! good job(:
