Medical marijuana help?

I have been having terrible migranes, and suffer from frequent tendonitis. I hate pain killers, they just make me nauseous!! which by the way is another symptom im having. but not from the pain killers, just in general. I hate how i feel everyday. Im depressed, im in pain, im nauseous, anxious..... i was sent to a nuerologist to see if i could get medical marijuana. admitably, i had tried it before strictly to see if it really worked, as its a huge controversy at the moment. within minutes, all my symptoms were gone.. i felt happy, painfree, well again... i went to the doctor i was referred to, and had an MRI, EEG, EKG, and a heart monitor for 24 hours. the results... everything normal... but now im left wondering... isnt it worse that we have no idea whats wrong and im in pain but im not allowed to have the medicine that works for me? ive been diligent about this with my doctor.. i dont know what i can do to get it. any suggestions? im not looking forward to painkillers and anti depressants when there is one medication that can help me with everything... =[
