Help! i need feedback on command sponsorship?

ok my fiance is in the army he's been in okinawa for a year and i think he was igned for 3 years, we are planning on getting married in april in japan, so my question is can i still get command sponsorship if he has 2 more years to stay in okinawa? where does he have to go and ask for command sponsorship? what will they need from me? (like doents) and what would be the reasons in case i don't get approved ? o and more thing once i am married to him can i stay with him like for 2 months if he's willing to provide for all of my expenses? please help! i know i'm asking a lot but the thing is my fiance doesn't have time to go and find out because he's been having a lot of work lately, so if u have an answer to all of my questions please let me know thank you :)
