Bad color and highlights at a salon.?

Had a partial weave done a few days ago. The girl left the toner on too long and the highlights were barely lighter than my hair color. Went back to have her put in low lights and she did that and colored the bottom half of my hair to match the lowlights. Now I have dark brown under neath, blonde highlights, with my natural color mixed in. There are some parts on my head where the blonde against the dark brown makes my hair look gray/green. I don't want to go back to her since she couldn't get it right the second time. What are my options? I would prefer to not go back to another salon. I am DONE sitting in the chair. I want the highlights out and the dark brown lightened up, but will box dye not get it right?
