Best workout routine, to get maximum muscle gain?

Sounds like a drop set. That's overload, dude. Usually, you only do one drop set, and it's the very last set. It fatigues the muscle, but does allow for more growth.All drop sets during working out would burn you out in like 15 minutes. I'd recommend that you do 4-5 sets of each exercise, with only the last set being a drop set.
