Could i do this with the toe pick?

You can do whatever you want to your own figure skates, as long as you can find someone willing to do it for you. But filing off that toe pick sounds a bit hasty. The bigger toe picks are there to make it easier for you to land jumps and pick off for toe jumps. Honestly, the Mark IV toe pick is nowhere near as large as some of the more advanced blade toe picks. It may be a bit more difficult to spin, but at least you'll be spinning the correct way. Just keep practicing on the blades you have.
