How do liberals figure by taking more of the rich man's money and giving it to do-nothings will help economy?

To me the rich people are generally always the job creators in this country so if you take more of their money and give it to the bottom 50% who pay no taxes your taking money from generally high productive citizens who pay 80% of all taxes and giving it to unproductive citizens who pay none of the tax bill so how does that solve any problems oh I know these rich people are all so evil we need to seize every dime from them we can.
