How much more safood do they eat in Tuscany, Italy than in Turin?

i'm doing a project and i wanted to have a good conclusion, so i was wondering if anybody out there knows how much more seafood the people eat in TUscany, Italy, than in Turin? i don't need an exact percentage or number, but if you have any realistic estimates please let me know. thanks!
