How young is too young to bathe my baby bird?

She has learned so much even though ive only had her for two days. She's trying millet and some pellets but i have to hand feed her still. Hand feeding is so messy and i am wondering how young is too young to bathe a baby bird? I think she's old enough but i have no idea how to go about it. I dont want to make her afraid of water. Any help?
