My mom is forcing me to get the spelling of my name changed...HELP!?

talk to your mother. tell her that shes like changing your freakin identity(as small as the change is). and ask her why. whats the big deal? why doesnt she like the spelling of your name? or you can wait till your 18 and then you can change it to watever you want
