My mom wont let me have fun. HELP !?

So im 13 years old and i want to have fun- i want to qo to friends house and the park and movies. But my mom wont leet me do nothinq but stay home and take care of my brother and sister. Im tiard of it - i want to have fun and do things all kids my age do. She's always complaining how i do nothing and stay home all day, but she wont let me out ! the only way she'll let me qo out is if theres an adult. Like NO, No kid my aqee qoes to the movies or the park with there parents. Idk what too do anymoree, like my family has tried talking to my mom but she doesnt change. HELP
