Question about 96 Eclipse GS (Wheels and tires/exhaust)?

Ok so I have a 96 Eclipse GS that is in great shape and I was wondering where a good place to get some cool new rims and tires would be? Ideally I would like to go up to 18 inch. Any thoughts on the cheapest place to get them. I personally like the Momo V-10 style. Also I would like to do a header back replacement of the exhaust. Does anyone know a good site to purchase this from. I would like to buy the whole setup from one place instead of peicing it together. The person who has the best answers gets the points!!!
