What is this guitar chord?

The structure is this [5 x 5 5 3 x]. It's like a barre chord in the sense that it can be played anywhere, but you're never supposed to play the A and high E string. At this particular position, A is the root note, so I think it's an A minor something. It's very jazzy sounding.
