Why can't the Angels decide on an abbreviation?

CAL to ANA to LAA? The Stadium hasn't physically moved has it? Personally I liked ANA. You can't really use California when there are so many teams there, and there already is a Los Angeles. So why not stay the Anaheim Angels? That's sounds much ier, no?
