Horses! Please read if your a horse person or anything buddy really?

Hello there.. okay i have been wanting an animal for quite some time now! Since my animal wen away! So early today i was looking up Wallabies ( related to kangaroos) and i wanted one of those but i was think my mom would say no and she will not get a cat or dog! And i found something today a horse! I want to be in 4-h b/c all my friends are in it! And i am 13 and i need a hobby! But we have no barn. How much do they usually cost i found one in Columbus, ohio about 2 hours from were i live.. What does it take.. how much many.. food? And our neighbors raise horse or she is a Trainer so i thought maybe if i could ask them i could put it there till we get a barn! Anything you know or website that will help thank you!
