Wanting to be more then just friends? .. HELP!?

well i can't say i like the idea of a 15 year old getting wasted but anyway if you have feelings for him gor for it there is nothing to be afraid of. but how to approach him with that i'm not sure hope this helped even if it just hepled a little=)
