How do I find people for my MLM?

I am not advertising here. I am looking for just one good hearted person. Please do not answer this ? unless your succesful and answering out of kindness. How do I find people for an MLM that my recruits can instantly and immediately do also. My program is myworld plus. Notice I did not put in my affiliate link. I am just lookin for help, it doesn't have to be for MyWorld Plus.
